The Divoc Event
The Divoc Event

When an Event called Divoc is played, a mysterious virus takes over the lands of Spellfire. It is so deadly that everyone quits what they are doing, and all champions "in play" go to Limbo to quarantine, including the champions of the owner of this Event.

Cards in Limbo return to play at the end of their player's next turn

If you play the Divoc Event during your turn, your champions stay in Limbo after the end of this turn. They can return to your pool only when you finish your NEXT turn. If you play the Divoc Event during your opponent's turn, his champions stay in Limbo after the end of that turn. They will return to the player's pool at the end of his NEXT turn.

The Rule of the Cosmos discards the card in Limbo when it returns to play

All cards in Limbo are considered not "in play". If your opponent plays the same champion(s) that you have in your hand first, the Divoc Event can help you eliminate the opponents' champion(s) “in play”. You can place the same champion(s) into play that is currently in Limbo; the Rule of the Cosmos discards the champion(s) in Limbo when they return to play.

A champion sent to Limbo outside of combat retains their attachments

A champion sent to Limbo during combat loses all of their attachments. A champion sent to Limbo outside of combat retains their attachments. Battle in Limbo happens in the same way as in the battle area if the card's special powers do not state otherwise. Support cards can be added.

The Divoc Event can be negated with cards whose special power negates Harmful Events

The Divoc Event is considered Harmful. Harmful is a designation for Event cards that have detrimental effects on one or more players in the game. These types of Events can be negated through the use of cards whose special power negates Harmful Events.

Hero Helm III cancels the Divoc Event when discarded from his pool

For example, if you have a Hero Helm III in your pool and someone plays the Divoc Event, you can choose to cancel this Harmful Event by discarding Helm III. The event is canceled for all players, and no champions go to Limbo.
